Front Of House/Reception

The Front Office and Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors, and managing general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties: Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Managing incoming calls and emails.
Providing general information about the organization.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Administrative Support: Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
Filing and maintaining records.
Assisting with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
Reception Area Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Salary R8,000 - R10,000 per month Location Dunkeld, Johannesburg, South Africa.
