Front Of House Manager

Details of the offer

Scope and General Purpose:

Assist the general manager in maintaining and improving standards in the restaurant.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability of designated areas of responsibility.
Set up the restaurant prior to service and prepare restaurant mise-en-place.
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, runners, hostesses, and cleaners, including the production and management of rosters.
Adhere to the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of Kapstadt Brauhaus.
Take responsibility for stock management and control.
Be fully bilingual and able to serve English and Afrikaans customers.
Must have a driver's license and own transport.
At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including management.
