Front Of House Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Senior FOH Manager for their very busy restaurant situated in a corporate client's building in Randburg.We are looking for a well spoken and well presented candidate to join their very successful team.
You must have experience in managing a large compliment of staff and be used to a fast paced, high pressure environment.
You must be able to work until 20:00 in the evening and be able to close and open the restaurant.
This means that we will do a full MIE background screening on you due to the nature of the position.At least 5-10 years experience and we are not looking for a job hopperExperience in fast paced (not fast food) sit down restaurants a must with a preference for 5 star service backgroundHave a friendly disposition to deal with guests in the restaurant.Must be able to cash up and run day-end procedures.Clear criminal history.Own car preferred.Job Type: Permanent
