Type: Live-in PositionLocation: Addo About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented young individual to join our team .
The successful candidate will handle Front of House (FOH) duties, assist with reservations, and provide administrative support for our travel business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for tourism, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to work in a unique and beautiful environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.Handle all front-of-house operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.Assist with managing lodge reservations, including booking requests, confirmations, and guest communications.Provide administrative support for the travel business, including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, providing an exceptional first impression.Collaborate with the lodge team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.Assist in other duties as required to support the lodge and travel business operations.Qualifications and Skills:Diploma in Tourism or a related field.Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism role is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Willingness to live on-site at the lodge.
