We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our client in Somerset West.Responsibilities include:Providing 5-star customer service to clients and visitorsGreeting guests and maintaining a welcoming environmentEnsuring the centre is "show ready" at all timesAssisting with move-ins, onboarding, and daily operationsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth departuresKeeping accounts receivable up to date and supporting client eventsHandling various tasks such as light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and administrative supportTravelling between the Somerset and Stellenbosch branches whenever assistance is requiredRequirements:Driver's license and own transport (required)2-3 years of Front of House experience (preferred) Excellent communication skillsStrong customer service, operations, and sales experienceAttention to detailProactive, customer-first attitudeMatric
