Details of the offer

Candidate requirements;
Must have experience working in luxury bush lodges or villas
Must be detail-orientated
Knowledge of Food and Beverage is essential
Must be able to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests
Must be a passionate cook and be able to cook for a max of 6 guests - note this is homestyle cooking
Must be able to work under pressure
Must have a valid driver's license
Overseeing the daily operations of the lodge
Managing a team of staff members
Maintaining excellent service
Hosting and interacting with the guests

This is a 3-month contract.
