This is a remote position. Paid Social SpecialistWorking at the cutting edge of digital marketing, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for running ad campaigns for clients across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.On a daily basis, you will be creating paid campaigns, from implementation, monitoring, and optimisation to reporting and analysing. You'll also be creating captions, graphics, and videos for usage in social media ad campaigns for a diverse range of social media clients; reporting, measuring and evaluating performance and making recommendations to further improve performance.Reporting to the Social Media Team Manager, you will enjoy an exciting and varied role getting involved in all aspects of clients' ad creation. You will be responsible for constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of social media paid content.Requirements KEY TASKSResearching and creating social media ads for all major social media channels, you will be:Media planning and buying across all social channels.Creating visually appealing, multimedia content for ads.Set up and configuration of paid social accounts as required.Editing short videos, reels, graphics, and photos as required for ad campaigns.Researching, benchmarking, and evaluating competitor ad performance and content.Produce ad spend forecasting reports/graphics for new business pitches (as required).Campaign Management (planning, content creation, scheduling, community management, etc.) of at least one full client.Attending client meetings and representing the social media team as appropriate.Contribute to the Social and Content team Meetings, sharing knowledge, advice, and insights.Sharing best practices with the wider team as required/appropriate.Generating ideas with colleagues at brainstorming sessions.Conducting client and market research and analysis.Analysing performance data and social media trends.Be able to create compelling full-funnel lead generation campaigns that deliver results based on client KPIs.Covering organic social media clients in colleagues' absence (e.g., holidays or sickness).PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIESEnglish A Level.Meta Ads Certified.LinkedIn Ads Certified.TikTok Ads Certified.Experience with Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, or similar content creation tool.Social media management software, e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar.Relevant and proven workplace experience and production may be substituted for some of the preferred education.Professional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years practical experience of ad management on social platforms.Skill in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.High attention to detail.Self-motivated and a proactive attitude.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.Outstanding organisational skills.Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.Outgoing and inquisitive nature, with a strong desire to develop professionally.Sense of humour.
