We are seeking an experienced Freelance Client Service Account Manager AA/EE to join our dynamic team at an ad agency in Sandton.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service and account management within the advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Work closely with creative, production, and media teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present client reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Handle client feedback and work with internal teams to implement changes.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
Requirements • Proven experience as a Client Service Account Manager or similar role in an ad agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Sandton.
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with high-profile clients.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
