Job Title: Account Director
We require an account director to take over a portfolio of clients and run the ongoing jobs in the system currently for a 3-month period with the potential for a permanent hire if aligned by both parties.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Project Oversight: Oversee ongoing jobs and projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative production and strategy, to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project status, performance, and outcomes.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar senior client management role, preferably in a freelance or agency environment.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management: Excellent project management abilities with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and clients.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
