Houzzedge is seeking a seasoned Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to provide strategic guidance and executional excellence to our clients in the Sportbook, iGaming, Casino, and Fintech industries.
As a Fractional CMO, you will collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning : Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client business goals and industry nuances.
Brand Management : Shape and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency and appeal across all channels.
Customer Acquisition & Retention : Create and oversee initiatives to attract, engage, and retain customers using data-driven marketing techniques.
Market Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Campaign Development : Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing.
Budget Oversight : Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
Performance Tracking : Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration : Partner with internal and external teams, including creative, technical, and sales departments, to ensure cohesive execution.
Requirements Extensive experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the Sportbook, iGaming, Casino, or Fintech sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within the specified industries.
Expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and analytics tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and adapt strategies to diverse business models.
