As Foundations Coordinator, you will support a highly integrated curriculum through the planning, delivery and evaluation of courses that features early exposure to clinical content, patients and the community setting. Your ability to work with a committed core of constituents and your adeptness working with online course materials, assessments and evaluations are key to the successful delivery of the Foundations Curriculum. You will draw upon your strong problem solving skills and technical proficiency to adjust to changing circumstances and to adapt to the latest learning technologies.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing detailed information on program and coursesCoordinating the development and maintenance of online course information and organizing and circulating course evaluationsProviding committee support and coordinating exams/assessments, room bookings and event logisticsCoordinating the recruitment of teaching assistants, course instructors, lecturers and exam invigilatorsProviding basic support and general referrals to individuals in distressMaintaining attendance systems and monitoring online student evaluations for designated coursesTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesCoordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholdersEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experienceMinimum two years of relevant experience coordinating academic courses within the University, a teaching hospital or comparable environment.Experience coordinating time-sensitive projects and managing multiple prioritiesExperience coordinating course materials, assessment and evaluations, and applying relevant policies and proceduresExperience coordinating exams, room bookings and event logisticsExperience providing committee support and updating and editing course materialsExperience compiling and analyzing data and generating reportsDemonstrated technical experience working with student information systems, learning management systems and content management systemsAdvanced technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe ProfessionalStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to juggle competing priorities and meet a variety of tight deadlinesAbility to adapt and adjust to changing circumstancesAbility to assume responsibility and work on own initiative, and also collaborate with othersAssets (Nonessential): Experience working with MEDSIS and/or ElentraTo be successful in this role you will be: AdaptableOrganizedClosing Date: 08/26/2024, 11:59PM ET
