Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels of formwork and scaffolding materials.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.Coordinate the ordering and receipt of materials as needed.Data Capturing:Accurately enter inventory data into the management system.Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including usage, returns, and adjustments.Generate and maintain reports on inventory status and usage patterns.Stock Organization:Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to facilitate easy access and minimize damage.Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.Collaboration:Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements.Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.Compliance and Safety:Adhere to safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling and storage.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and data capturing.Assist in the development of best practices and training materials for team members.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.Experience: Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field, preferably within the construction or scaffolding industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites.Working Conditions:The role may require working in both office and outdoor environments, with potential exposure to construction site conditions.Between 3 - 5 Years
