Our client based in Durban is looking for an experienced Foreman Key requirement Diesel Fitter qualifications 10 years experience  Key responsibility Planning & Job management-Co-ordination of tasks according to priority and planning.
Allocation of general & daily duties to the team Ensure the completion of jobs on time and within budgets.
Ensure quality control at all times.
Ensure effective time management Management & control of tools- Identify faulty tools and escalate to technical manager for replacement.
Do monthly check of company toolboxes issued to staff, ensure that all tools calibrated.
Ensure consumables stock is available at all times Company vehicles management-ensure that company vehicles are inspected daily and routine maintenance is executed timeously.
Ensure that are licensed Workshop control-ensure that the workshop and work stations are without exception clean and organized at all times Health & Safety-ensure that all activities are in accordance with corporate regulations and policies, code of conduct and applicable law
