Responsibilities Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards. Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders. Vet clearing documents. Engage with clients regarding quality assurance of documents received. Manage the conversion of forex deals into sales by executing activities: Working queues, Imports, Exports, Swifts, New referrals against the target set. Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements; manage forex deals efficiently to minimize the total number of deals canceled. Minimum Requirements Have a minimum of an NQF 5 qualification in a Compliance/Legal related field (a Bachelor's degree preferred). Have 0 to 2 years of experience in foreign exchange/international payments. Ideal Candidate Attributes Adaptable and curious. Attentive to detail. Thrive in a collaborative environment.
