Food Production Manager

An exciting career opportunity for a Production Manager exists at a leading FMCG producer based in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will oversee daily food production processes; plan and co-ordinate production activities; manage compliance related to safety, quality, and housekeeping; handle budgets; and project management. This role will also require shift work as needed. Requirements in this role include a relevant Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a food production environment. Experience in a leadership position in a food production environment is essential. A hands-on applicant with technical proficiency, fantastic people skills and success leading a highly effective Food Processing production team will be well suited to this role.
