Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and management oversight for all Food and Beverage operations. Ensure high-quality service standards are consistently maintained across various outlets and event spaces. Develop and execute innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth. Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to optimize resources and minimize waste. Oversee month-end trade reporting, analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive profitability. Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to maintain exceptional service and operational efficiency.
