Food & Beverage Manager Luxury Lodge - Bela Bela District (Previous F&B Manager Experience Essential)

Food & Beverage Manager required for a luxury lodge's F & B Operation, including it's Restaurant and extensive Banqueting and Conference facilities.
The position offers the basic salary with accommodation, meals and an excellent incentive structure.
Minimum Requirements
:
SA Citizens with a valid RSA ID
Hotel Management Diploma preferred
Min 5 years previous work experience at F&B Management Level in either a hotel or lodge environment
Minimum 5 years F&B costing & reporting experience
Will be responsible and accountable for all aspects related to the management of the F&B Departments
Clear Criminal and Credit record essential
Proven track record & contactable refrences essential
