Food & Beverage Manager

To check the cost control report thoroughly before procurement sends it to the MD.Manage daily operations by being visible on the floors and at your workstation.Ensure that food and beverage cost management control is monitored regularly.Inventory management: track sales and consumption patterns, monitor inventory levels, and order supplies based on forecast and budget.Staff Training: maintain quality and consistency by training staff on how to prepare, serve, and store beverages correctly. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.Customer satisfaction: create a positive and memorable experience for our guests, handle any complaints or issues that may arise with professionalism and courtesy.Innovate F&B offerings: create and deliver new and exciting F&B products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
