A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
What will I be doing? Come to work every day with a smile on your facePerform all duties of a F&B Host, but take on additional 'supervisor' responsibilitiesBe a role model for others concerning brand-specific behavioursAssist Guest Operations Manager and F&B Team Leader in providing a positive work environment for F&B HostsPlan your shift, update on relevant information, and brief your F&B Hosts at shift beginningSupervise and coach F&B Hosts on the job in delivering guest experiencesBe willing to help in other departments during busy periodsSeek guest feedback and initiate corrective actions immediately if necessaryPlan and train new and existing Front Office and F&B Hosts on processes and guest service deliveryContribute in meetings with the Front Office teamParticipate in company campaigns such as Travel with PurposeRotate to a new 'Champion' area every 6 monthsCoach & train 2 – 4 F&B Hosts, as assignedUpdate HOD and/or Team Leader on the performance of coachees in departmental meetingsOn-board and supervise assigned 'coachee' team membersGive praise to high performers on your shiftsManage the entire F&B Operations or assigned F&B outlet in the absence of the F&B Team LeaderEnsure all F&B hosts understand their purpose and are equipped to deliver quality guest serviceHold pre and post shift briefs with the F&B Service teamExecute other duties as assigned by the GM, Guest Operations Manager and F&B Team LeaderAssist in the Front Office Department as neededWhat are we looking for?
