Food And Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager for our lodge in Bela Bela, offering a market-related salary with live-in accommodations and meals provided during duty hours.
The role includes a compulsory 5% provident fund and 50% coverage of the main member's medical aid premium (capped at the Discovery Classic Saver contribution value).
Candidates must possess a valid RSA ID, a valid driver's license, and their own vehicle.
A proven track record in a luxury hotel or lodge environment is essential, and candidates should be available for interviews in Bela Bela.
Please note that accommodation is suitable for a single candidate, and pets are not allowed due to free-roaming wildlife.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a fully operational F&B department within a 4- or 5-star hotel/lodge, along with previous management responsibilities.
A tertiary qualification is beneficial.
You should possess a good command of the English language, basic financial understanding, and advanced knowledge of cost of sales and profit margins.
Key duties include staff management, development and implementation of F&B procedures, achieving financial goals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a Food & Beverage Department as a business unit are essential.
