Foh Assistant - Hoedspruit

Luxury Game Lodge close to Hoedspruit is looking for a FOH Assistant.
General administration, accounts and stock control.
Quality control of food, food presentation and service
Motivating staff and leading them.
Excellent Guest liaison skills
Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 4–5-star establishments
Must have grade 12 and be computer literate
Excellent sales & customer care skills
Strong admin skills
Knowledge of Stock control in bar, food & curios departments
Have good organizational skills
Knowledge of reservations management systems an advantage bWell-spoken and well presented
Resilient & flexible
Strong leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
Must be able to work under pressure
Manage guest delight events with passion
Have an attitude of spoiling guests
Able to add value to the team by ensuring that company policy and procedure is carried out and by bringing a very solid service ethic to the Lodge
