Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store to drive performance.
Provide input and manage merchandise and visual principles.
Manage team schedule effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:
A Grade 12 qualification.
Minimum 3 years' retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

The ability to take initiative.
A high level of attention to detail.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the unique value of Fabiani's premium apparel.
