Job Title: Flight Operations Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zones) Salary Range: up to 1750 USD
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.
Oncall availability during nights and weekends is required as needed.

Position Overview:
The Flight Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting charter flight operations on a global scale.
This role involves coordinating with senior management pilots ground crew and passengers and ensuring that flight missions are executed efficiently.
The candidate must be able to handle ondemand requests such as organizing limo services catering and other necessary documentation.
As part of the role the manager will create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department grow and lead a team and assess mission viability in collaboration with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Charter Flight Operations: Oversee the indirect operation of global charter flights ensuring all flight missions are carried out efficiently. Communication: Liaise with senior management pilots ground crew and passengers to coordinate the mission details. Logistical Support: Arrange transportation catering services and any other documentation needed for the successful completion of each mission. SOP Development: Develop standard operating procedures for each aspect of the role. Team Leadership: Build and manage a team within the department providing direction and oversight. Mission Viability Assessment: Collaborate with the sales team to assess the viability of flight missions. Software Proficiency: Salesforce: For managing client interactions and mission logistics. Zoom: For internal and external communication. Slack: For team communication and coordination. ChatGPT: For generating relevant communication and documentation. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in flight operations or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational multitasking and leadership skills are essential. Language: Fluent in English (minimal or no accent); being bilingual (Spanish or another prevalent language) is a plus. Attributes: Professional detailoriented and able to handle confidential matters discreetly.
