Flex Cube – Developer and Functional ConsultantJohannesburg, South AfricaAbout the roleThe mission of the Flexcube Developer and Functional Consultant is to leverage expertise in Flexcube development and functional consulting to drive the design, customization, implementation, and optimization of the Flexcube core banking system. This role aims to ensure the seamless integration, configuration, and utilization of Flexcube modules and functionalities to support the bank's business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver superior customer experiences.Reports to: Manager, Flexcube Technical OperationsResponsibilitiesGood knowledge of Banking Processes, Domain, and Practices.Working knowledge of Oracle development tools, WebLogic server deployments, Oracle Database.Core Banking Systems implementations – Preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE.Must Have exposure to various modules of FCUBS in terms of product parameterization, testing and UAT Support.Ability to analyze & translate business requirements into system solutions.Must have been involved in writing Business Requirement document, Functional.Good Knowledge of accounting & reports.Good Knowledge of transactions flows.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Trained / experience on installation, configuration, technical and functional knowledge of at least two out of the new products OBPM, OBCFPM, OBTFPM, OBLM, OBCL, OBCLPM, OBSCF, OBVAM.Create detailed designs and technical specifications for all customizations along with effort estimates thereon.Service Management System – Application Support.
