Duties & ResponsibilitiesRoute planning of the trucksInvoices for trucking costs/rentalsMonthly cost calculationsAmber/TrackingAdmin regarding the trucksArranging the Licensing and services of the company vehiclesManagement of the drivers and HR tasks regarding the driversResponsible for the Petty cash regarding the drivers and routesDesired Experience & QualificationGrade 12Tertiary education in business management will be preferredA minimum of 10 years' working experienceA minimum of 5 years' admin and financial experienceExperience in Fleet departments or Logistic environment will be preferredFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishFluency in Sotho will be preferredComputer literacy especially Office with Intermediate/Advanced ExcelLiteracy in IQ Business/ Retail programs will be preferredValid driver's license and own vehiclePackage & RemunerationR15 000 - R18 000 Gross pm Depending on experience, Plus Provident Fund (MIBCO 8%)
