Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Fixed Term Contract Reservationist
Luxury Hotel – Bantry Bay – Western Cape

Requirements

MUST be available IMMEDIATELY
Previous 4 or 5-star hotel experience essential
At least 2 – 3 years' experience in Reservations
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar will be beneficial
Experience working on Property Management Systems like Opera, Protel, Mews
Warm, professional demeanor to interact with high-profile guests
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a presonalised service
Proficiency in English mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions
Upselling and cross-selling skills is recommended
Accuracy in handling booking details, room allocations and special requests
Capability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries simultaneously
Ability to handle complaints and last-minute changes gracefully and efficiently
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required by the hotel's schedule
Ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
