Fitter - Hobbing / Gear Cutting Operator (Durban)

Minimum Requirements:- Must have either a Mechanical Engineering qualification from a technical college or be trade-tested in Fitting or Fitting and Turning.- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings, and proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and verniers.- Ideally, the candidate should have experience working in a machine shop or engineering workshop, operating machinery. Experience in working with fine tolerances (up to 0.01mm) is preferred. Note: Candidates with boilermaking or electrical qualifications/experience will not be considered, as this role requires mechanical skills specifically.
