Fit Out Site Manager

Our client is one of the UK's leading residential developers. They are looking to recruit an Internals Site Manager for their prestigious development in East London. Reporting into a Project Manager, you will initially be overseeing the internal finishing on 90 units, overseeing snagging, defect, and handover work. The view is then to take on internal Fit Out covering 1st and 2nd fix works.
Ensuring your part of the development moves to speed and programme, you will be expected to attend daily briefing meetings with Senior Management and black hats/sub-contractors, as well as attend weekly progress meetings. You will need to have proven experience as an Internal Fit Out Manager with a residential developer or main contractor.
You will ideally have experience with Field View software, as all information and progression is recorded using this process. This development has a project completion date of 2042, and our client has a considerable amount of future work in the pipeline, so there are genuine and excellent opportunities for progression.
