The Fishshop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fish shop, ensuring that all products are handled and stored properly, managing inventory, and supervising a team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for seafood, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team and providing guidance and support as neededEnsure that all products are handled, stored, and displayed in accordance with food safety regulationsManage inventory levels, order new products as needed, and monitor product qualitySet sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityMonitor customer feedback and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerTrain new staff members on proper fish handling techniques and customer service standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the fish shop, including storage areas and display casesQualifications:MatricProven experience working in a fish shop or similar environmentStrong knowledge of different types of seafood and proper handling techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPrevious supervisory experience is preferredFood safety certification would be advantageousIf you are a passionate and motivated individual with a love for seafood and a desire to lead a team, we encourage you to apply for the position of Fishshop Supervisor.
