We're seeking a talented Branch Manager to join a growing team and spearhead operations. As Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch, including managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and implementing cost-effective solutions. Sales Leadership: Motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our market share. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to enhance employee performance.
