Finishing Manager

The Finshing Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all finishing operations, including powder coating, assembly, and project planning. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:• Overseeing all aspects of the finishing process, including powder coating and assembly operations.• Implement efficient production plans and schedules.• Managing and motivating the Finishing team to achieve production targets.• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.• Managing the finishing departments stock levels and resources effectively.• Interpreting and implementing technical drawings.Qualifications and Experience:• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on finishing operations.• In-depth knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.• Experience in assembly line operations and project planning.• Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings.• Experience in electrical wiring, drawings and assembly will be an advantage.
