Job Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to spearhead their growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in expanding student acquisition and retention across various international territories. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop brand strategies, drive lead generation efforts, manage a team of marketing professionals, and ensure overall audience engagement through various initiatives such as events and webinars.
What You'll Do: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.Develop and execute comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategies.Drive student acquisition and retention across various international territories.Manage digital marketing efforts, focusing on paid media campaigns.Oversee the management and optimisation of lead generation websites and social media presence.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.Manage and optimise the marketing budget to maximize ROI and target business objectives.Analyse data to make informed marketing decisions and measure campaign success.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.Provide vital support to the sales team with marketing activities.Spearhead digital marketing, SEO, and brand initiatives.What You Bring: A formal degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related business field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing for brands.At least 4 years' management experience in an international company.Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms, data analysis, budget management, and project coordination.Proficiency in Webflow and/or WordPress.Proficiency in Active Campaign or equivalent.
