A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your applicationEMPLOYMENT TYPE : PermanentSECTOR : FinanceBASIC SALARY : R100 000START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:MatricBCom in Accounting with registration as Professional Accountant (SAIPA) or CA(SA) or CIMA5 years experience as a Financial manager, with a proven track record of success in managing a finance teamKnowledge of SysproAdvanced skills in Microsoft OfficeStrategic and commercial mindsetExcellent communication, problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work with multiple deadlines and under pressure to accomplish business objectivesDUTIES:Manage internal control procedures and compliance to accounting standards and legislationPropose and implement improved control procedures as requiredFinalize and review annual financial statements of all group entitiesMonitor working capital, manage capex spend vs budget and report on varianceMitigate foreign exchange fluctuationsPreparation of management accounts, Exco and quarterly Board packsManage the annual budget process and bi-annual forecastsCollate all reports for group management reporting and prepare group financial reportsMeet all statutory and year end reporting requirementsManage all insurance requirementsEffective leadership of the finance team and performance outcomesHOURS:Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
