Financial Manager

Reporting to the Managing DirectorMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the full accounting function of the Company;Manage and mentor staff;Full responsibility for all financial reporting, flash, and management accounts.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Preferably a Qualified Chartered Accountant – CA(SA), or at least a B. Comm Honors in Finance and completed Articles.Minimum 5 years' experience in a Manufacturing environment.Advanced computer literacy skills.Advanced Excel skills.Strong admin, accounting and financial management aptitude and experience.Shows an affinity and inclination for operational management in a manufacturing environment with demonstrable and relevant experience.Problem-solving ability.Strong leadership and management skills.Good interpersonal/social skills.Excellent communication skills.Diligent, meticulous, trustworthy, reliable hard worker.Ability to work under pressure and independently.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Self-motivated and highly driven.Strong work ethic.
