Financial Manager

Our client that is situated near Mbombela is currently seeking a Financial Manager (Non-CA or CA(SA)) to join their finance team permanently. Duties and Responsibilities: Financial management; Cashflow management; Financial analysis and reporting; Statutory compliance and reporting; Business financial performance management; and Human capital management and development. Skills and Qualifications: BCom Honours in Finance; CA(SA) registration (preferred); At least 10 years financial management experience; Experience in a manufacturing / FMCG environment; The successful individual will require strong leadership and management skills to lead his/her team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive. The ideal candidate should be detail orientated and conscientious. He/she should have a strong sense of responsibility, have an entrepreneurial sense, be tough minded, resilient, and adaptable. Systems thinking Critical thinking and analytical skills Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Dynamics (NAV) or equivalent ERP system experience and Qlikview will be an advantage
