Duties: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting, prepare cash flow forecasts, and analyse working capital movements.Audit & Compliance: Coordinate year-end audits, oversee tax and VAT calculations and submissions, and manage compliance with SARS requirements.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget preparations, conduct variance analyses, and review monthly financial packs.Finance Operations: Handle full finance functions for large trading entities and smaller property companies. Includes payroll journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and credit card processing.Supplier & Payment Management: Review supplier reconciliations (local and foreign) and authorize payments.Tax Compliance: Oversee all company tax functions, including VAT, PAYE, and income tax calculations, as well as handling SARS-related queries.Audit Preparation: Prepare and review annual financial statements, support audit processes, and maintain strong relations with auditors.Cash Flow & Financial Controls: Execute stringent cash flow management, prepare weekly forecasts, and implement financial controls and policies.
