Financial Manager

Job & Company Description:Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry based in Johannesburg South. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial integrity, they are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial oversight and strategic insight to ensure the sound financial management of the business. This includes managing the costing process, working with Work In Progress (WIP) calculations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensuring accurate reporting and financial controls across all areas of the business. Duties: Oversee the complete financial function of the business, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Manage and control the costing process to ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability analysis.Supervise the WIP process, including tracking inventory, assessing work in progress, and ensuring that financial records align with actual production costs.Oversee and manage the Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate cost estimation and inventory management.Develop and maintain strong financial controls and systems to safeguard the integrity of financial data.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: BCom AccountingSAIPA/SAICA articles Experience:5 years of relevant knowledge is preferred
