Responsibilities: Debtors department managementCreditors department managementTreasury function managementIntercompany loans reconciliations managementExports accounting and FEC functionInsuranceImprovement of processes and controlsDocumentation of critical processes, and self-audit functionsProvisions and accrualsManagement of Balance sheet reconciliations.Monthly preparation and analysis of management resultsManagement of fixed asset register.Preparation of annual budget.Input in preparation of Financial Statements.Preparation of audit documents.Assist the CEO with other requests, projects and responsibilities that may arise.Requirements:B Com Accounting HonoursCA (SA) qualified3 years FM experienceComputer literate, MS Office proficient, especially Excel.Efficient, organized, accurate.Detail orientated.Ability to multitask.Deadline oriented.Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Reliable own transport.
