Financial Manager

Minimum RequirementRelevant Accounting Degree.Completed articles will be beneficial.Min of 3 years experience in a Management position.Excellent in cost accounting and standard cost principles.Business Acumen (Business Processes and Systems).Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.Strong administration and coordination skills.Proficiency in Financial Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.Responsibilities:Lead and manage finance team to achieve required outcomes.Manage all accounting transactions.Bill of materials.Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management teams.Ensure accurate analysis and reporting on costing models and packhouse efficiency.Compile and manage annual budgets.Prepare monthly management accounts and related reports.Handle monthly and year-end closings.Manage company cashflow.Oversee onboarding of new customers and vendors.Review bank reconciliations.Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns.Ensure effective internal controls are in place and maintained.Manage inventory master data.Oversee monthly stock take for raw material and packaging material.Any other relevant accounting functions as required.Prepare audit file and assist auditors during the audit.
