Financial Manager Job DescriptionAs the Financial Manager, you will oversee all financial systems and lead the financial team at the firm. This pivotal role involves direct reporting to the directors and encompasses a wide scope of responsibilities including financial data accuracy, tax compliance, payroll oversight, and various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of four, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth. They will also handle contract schedule reporting, banking and treasury management, and ensure the integrity of the general ledger. Tax compliance, payroll supervision, statutory requirements, insurance, and BEE compliance are crucial aspects of this role, alongside financial reporting, and legal matters such as contract drafting and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
