By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management.Requirements:MatricTertiary EducationMin 10 years experienceExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsProficient user of finance softwareStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsRole and Responsibilities:Oversight of Creditors Payments; checking of documents before processing paymentsReceipting of DebtorsPreparation of Debtors Age AnalysisProviding Information to Directors for Daily Bank ReconsWorking with Creditors System; General Ledger, and preparing Trial BalanceSARS VAT submissionsWorking with HR department for processing PAYE paymentsBanking on the ABSA systemWorking with imports, VAT calculations; Costings of imported goodsLiaising with Bank, complying with SARB requirements, and completion of documents required to process overseas paymentsCoordinating (with the assistance of Group finance) Financial AuditCoordinating (with the assistance of Group HR) BEE AuditAttending to SARS queriesAttending to Bank Queries regarding Invoice Discounting Facility (in coordination with Sales / Debtors Team)Cash Flow Planning work, in conjunction with DirectorAll other related dutiesPackage & RemunerationR 25,000 - R 35,000 Monthly
