If so, we want you to join our team as our next Financial Director!Key Responsibilities:Lead the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.Manage risk and ensure the companys financial stability.Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.Develop and implement the companys financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals.Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Analyze financial performance and variances, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and market risks.Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and market risks. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.Oversee the companys capital structure, including debt and equity financing.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and oversee due diligence processes.Manage post-acquisition integration of financial operations.Qualifications:CA(SA) certification is essential.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management.Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage complex financial operations.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
