Our client is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Financial Director to lead their financial operations and drive growth through effective financial planning and management. Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organizations overall business goals. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide insights that support decision-making. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and board presentations. Cost Management: Drive cost-efficiency initiatives to optimize operational and financial performance. Investment Oversight: Evaluate and manage capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations. System Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy. Key Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is an advantage. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is required.
