Financial Controller

A global leader in industrial engineering and manufacturing, specializing in providing innovative solutions across various sectors, is currently looking for a Financial Controller to permanently join their finance team. The main overview of this role is to oversee financial operations and strategy, ensuring accurate reporting and driving financial performance within the manufacturing sector. Duties: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making to senior management. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: CIMA qualified or currently pursuing a Strategic Level qualification.
