The main focus of this role is to oversee and optimize the financial performance and reporting of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic support for business growth. Duties: Oversee the full financial function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and business growth. Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate reporting and financial control. Implement and maintain financial systems (Oracle) to enhance efficiency. Qualifications & skills: BCom Accounting required Completed articles with 3 years post-articles experience Previous experience in distribution or a related industry is highly advantageous. Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial systems.
