Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packsProvide in-depth financial analysis at Manco levelAct as a business partner to the GM and other departmentsDevelop and implement financial strategies to drive profitabilityFinalize monthly results in line with corporate guidelinesPrepare annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts, and labour/machine rates.Coordinate audits and tax engagements with the Shared Services Centre (SSC)Manage working capital and cashflow forecastingOversee Capex projects and calculate ROIMaintain and improve compliance with internal controlsSkills & Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Finance Manager in manufacturing/FMCGKnowledge of IFRS and financial legislationAdvanced skills in ExcelFamiliarity with SAP, Radius, or similar manufacturing ERP systems is advantageous Qualification:CA(SA)/ ACMA/CGMABCom Finance Honours Degree Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on
