Financial Clerk

Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for a Financial Clerk in the Fruit Export industry.
This is to assist the pool Accountant in capturing the financial transactions and sales activities related to producer consignments in the pool accounting system.
This position involves record-keeping, coordination with customers, and ensuring accurate financial documentation for efficient pool accounting.This is a temp position: Position immediately available till end of March 2025.Job Description:Generate invoices.Record and process sales transactions.Import and capture account sales.Verify prices.Request payment advice for bank receipts.Allocate invoices.Account reconciliations.Monthly consignee statements.Maintain records of consignment stock sales, invoices, and producer settlement.Ensure record-keeping policies and audit requirements.Minimum Requirements:Matric with relevant diploma or degree in accounting.Basic understanding of accounting.Familiar with accounts receivable processes.Familiar with accounting software.High level of accuracy.Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with local and international customers.Excellent time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Salary:Market related.Apply to ******
