Details of the offer

Manage and analyse the efficiency of the company expenditure assessments.
Manage expenses based on quarterly budgets and allocate accruals and deferrals at month-end.
Track and analyse the frequency of the company expenses of each channel and product monthly.
Manage and analyse the inbound and outbound processes, including reconciling historical data and financial accounts, generating financial reports, and assessing their risk.
Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of financial data and records, and the compliance of financial reporting.
Organise and coordinate the inventory audit and generate reports.
Analyse daily inventory and operational management duties such as providing an overview of the monthly inventory turnover analysis report and data analysis support for operational requirements.
Working closely with the Sales department to establish the financial analysis model for each Channel & Dealer and ensure that the system is updated regularly based on business/Channel development.
Assist in developing the annual business plans for each Channel & Dealer for financial and operational forecasting.
Assist in designing Channel profit structures, managing customer sales policies and negotiations, evaluating the ROI of each project, setting up guidelines for Channel investment and enhancing the financial management capabilities for Channel, Dealer, and external stakeholders.
Conduct analysis and forecasts on driving factors for product operations, track and perform feasibility studies on ROI analysis for new product projects and set investment guidelines.
Collaborate with the GTM department in business planning, participate in product lifecycle management calculations, and support the formulation of strategies for product lifecycle management.
Conduct monthly and annual budget forecasts and conduct operational analysis.
Conduct internal control management, providing support, managing, and supervising the operational management and risk control of each department. Regularly review financial and operational process, risk assessments, and improvements of the process within the business.

Requirements
Skills

Bachelors Degree in Finance with 5-8 years of CFA/CTP analysis experience
Mobile industry experience preferred
Good understanding of South African Financial Acts ad Legislation
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel - Advanced to Expert)
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Excellent in data processing and presentation skills
Problem solver
Good Interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Must have own transport with valid drivers license (Code B)

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE IN MANDARIN
