Financial Accountant (Saipa)

Our client, in the mining industry, is based in eMalahleni, and they are looking for a qualified SAIPA accountant to join their amazing team.Ideal candidate: Qualified SAIPA Accountant - ideally living in the Witbank / Middelburg area / surroundsResponsibilities:Monthly management accounts.Checking of monthly recons of suppliers.Checking of weekly recons of suppliers and credit availability.Updating Budget: Creditors, Debit Orders, Cash Payment.Assist in account receivables and payables activities.Checking customer invoices.Checking costings of suppliers.Checking and approving of payments.Daily update of banks on QuickBooks.Checking of balance sheet file for group of companies.Compiling of balance sheet file Calculating and submitting VAT for group of companiesGathering, compiling and submitting documents for SARS audits.Submitting EMP201 for all companies.Journalise monthly discounts for suppliers after payments are made.Completing submitting quarterly State SA reports.Internal Financial Statement for group of companiesAssist in preparing necessary documentations for annual financial audits.Provide support and guidance to other departments on financial matters.Calculating annual Workman Compensation to be submitted.
