Don't wait – ignite your financial career and apply now!Skills and Experience Required:Strong financial leadership and excellent communication skills;Strong leadership abilities;Accurate, analytical, and organised with high attention to detail;Independent, adaptable, and deadline-driven;Ability to prioritise and work under pressure;Strong computer literacy, especially with advanced Excel skills;Resilient, firm but fair, and a team player;Good attendance record, willingness to work overtime, based in Paarl or surrounding areas;Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics;Completed SAIPA articles (advantageous);Understanding of stock management, costing, and reconciliation;Familiarity with accounting systems like SAGE and internal controls;Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance;Team management experience is beneficial;Valid driver's license and own transport;Proficient in English and Afrikaans.Duties and Responsibilities:Finalising monthly processing and month-end procedures;Conducting monthly general ledger reconciliations and resolving discrepancies;Producing monthly management accounts and reporting to directors;Comparing budget versus actuals and identifying cost-saving opportunities;Managing company expenses and implementing accurate cost allocation structures;Designing and implementing standard operating procedures;Asset management and payroll processing using Sage;Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements;Assisting external auditors with reviews and audits;Handling SARS queries, reviews, and audits.Salary: R22 500CTC per month.Working Hours: 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday.
